| The Valley Bureau Operations & Traffic Division Headquarters is located on a small site next to a combined Fire Station and training facility. The constrained lot size forced a highly urban stacked solution that translated into a fitting scale and presence for the Headquarters for LAPD’s Valley Bureau. The design has been developed into a unique three-story, 34,000 s.f. solution that is highly functional, efficient, cost effective, and sustainable. This facility has been designed to meet a minimum of LEED certified and may achieve LEED Silver. The facility is currently under construction. |
