| The renovation of an existing building that was originally designed in the 1960’s for Billy Graham, who produced his televangelist show on site. The program that the existing structure was designed around generated a building that was without natural light. We were commissioned to modify the existing building to accommodate new Office and Retail uses for Local 80 I.A.S.T.E. In addition to the exterior renovation work, our services included the interiors for Local 80 as well as First Entertainment Credit Union and the Backstage Café and Bakery that is now going under construction.
We adapted our design vocabulary to elements that were familiar to the Local Grips members, such as: cables, clamps, screens, dolly rails, stage lighting, speed rail and various rigging components.
