| Los Angeles Biomedical Research Institute is expanding its research and education capabilities by creating a three story, 36,000 square feet building addition noted as Building RB-4. RB-4 is a two phase project with each phase approximately 18,000 square feet. Each phase has an “L” shape building footprint, comprised of an open laboratory and laboratory support space in one wing of the “L”, and administration and office space as the other. When the Phase Two building later connects with the Phase One facility, a center courtyard will be formed. |
