| Totally unique in its vision the ATEP campus will stitch campus and business linkages together in partnership to explore emerging technologies. The 68 acre campus master plan resides on the former Tustin Air Base; phased development encompasses 750,000 square feet of new classrooms, laboratory and support buildings with programs including Robotics, Cam-Cad Manufacturing, Rapid Prototyping, 3-D Modeling, Photonics and Construction Technology.
The ATEP campus will be a model and living classroom for sustainable building practices, the intent is that the campus may be the first to be campus LEED certified. Renewable sources of energy will be constantly researched and developed on-site between innovative business leadership and the educational programs of the South Orange County College District.
